How I will work with you

I aim to promote the highest possible professional and ethical standards to help you support the best outcomes in your client work.

I draw on several models of supervision to maximise how we can work together. These include the seven-eyed model (Hawkins & Shohet) and the integrative developmental model (Stoltenburg, McNeil & Delworth).

The seven-eyed model provides a structure for us to enable exploration and evaluation of all aspects of your work and our supervisory relationship, including how you work with your clients, highlighting emerging dynamics and patterns in your relationship with clients and cultural, ethical and organisational aspects of your client's environment and your practice.

The integrative development model helps me to understand your current level of development as a therapist and how I can best support your needs as a professional and practitioner.

For non-clinical supervision, I can support you in exploring your professional work and your personal life and how to enhance your own growth, development and goals and your relationships and communication within the workplace. I'll help you to create and maintain a positive work and personal life balance to support your health and wellbeing.
