Pet Bereavement Counselling

If your pet has died, you may be feeling devastated and struggling to cope with even daily tasks.

As an animal lover and owner of a dog, I know what it’s like to lose a pet.

From when I was a child, I’ve lost hamsters, a rabbit, guinea pigs, and cats.

Maybe for you your pet was your only companion, your best friend or even your work colleague.

They may have been your mental help support or helped you perform certain tasks that you found difficult.

You may be feeling lonely.

People who were not part of your household may not appreciate or understand the grief you are struggling with because they did not have the same attachment to your beloved animal.

You can find out more about bereavement, grief and loss and the symptoms of grief in my article here.
