How I can help you

I'll work with you in-person in the calm and peaceful environment of my therapy room, side by side if we walk outdoors in nature, or online.

​​In our work together I'll help you to make sense of things and understand yourself better. We'll look at what your goals are from counselling and find ways to achieve them.

If you struggle to articulate your feelings in words, I can introduce some creative therapy to help you express yourself in other ways.

​

How I work is trauma-informed and so I will ensure that we work in a safe way to help manage your well-being.

 

With my professional knowledge and training and own life experience, I'll work with you to help you understand your difficult feelings, thoughts and behaviours. I'll help you to find the real you, what's hidden beneath layers that you have had to build up through your life experience to protect yourself and survive the world around you.
