My name is Nic and I'm a qualified humanistic counsellor.
In my private practice I offer in-person counselling in Thatcham, covering surrounding areas of Newbury and West Berkshire.
I also offer outdoor therapy where we'll work in nature or you may prefer to work online.
I provide a safe and non-judgemental environment
where you can explore your difficult thoughts and feelings.

How I can Help...

I'll work with you face to face in my private therapy room, side by side if we walk outdoors in nature or online via Zoom.
It can take courage to open up and show vulnerability. I offer a calm and peaceful, safe environment for you to be simply you.
By listening to you I can understand what life is like for you and why you have come to counselling.
We'll work together to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours and discover what you want to achieve.
I offer a gentle, warm, empathic, humanistic counselling approach. I work flexibly and creatively in order to meet your individual needs.
I can help with many issues including those related to anger, anxiety, bereavement, change, depression, fear, grief, guilt, identity, loneliness, loss, low self-confidence, low self-esteem, relationship issues, sadness, shame, stress, sexuality, trauma, work issues.
